Here you can join the Water Village

This is also the place where you post what jutsu's you want to use in spars and battles

You are allowed to think of your own Jutsu's but have to screen them by me and I will decide if it's allowed or not

Water village Rules

1.When you join this village your jutsu's are waterbased so you will only be able to use the elemental justu's from our jutsu thread or jutsu's you made up and Kage's aproved of
2.Non elemental based jutsu's are also allowed with aproval
3.No Spamming in my section damn you!!! Razz

4.Rule 3 can be broken to a sertain extend cuz I seem to spam a lot too lol
5.When Kage or Sanin tell u something you are to listen to them if their judgement is fair
6.When u leave my village I will kill u......

Nope
You can have two elements
but since you are water you can only use 3 or 4 other element Jutsu's
But stuff thats not elemental u could use some too

I want to ask Chidori how many jutsu's anyone can use outside elemental jutsu's
