Ranks of the kumoga no sato

I urasha kazodo am the 10th Raikage (soon to be) and my father was once a bijuu and i am as well. I have made rankings according to posts and special ranks are given to my loyal followers. I have learned the rasengan from the 6th hokage and have infused my lighting element with it. I have teached those who are worthy the rasengan but cannot infuse their element in it. The ranks are as follows:
NORMAL RANKS
Acadamy ninja: 50 posts
Genin: 100 posts
chunin: 250 posts
special jonin: 450 posts
jonin: 1000 posts
TBO(Tunder Black Ops)

These ranks you must request and not say that you are automatily the rank of posts you are or elese you be kicked out.
Medical jonin:2000 posts
Chunin and jonin Examiners of Exams: 2000 posts
Cooking ninja: 1000 posts
Elemental specialists jonin and above(trains chunin and some chosen genin to use elements): 2500posts
Yellow flash divsion(loyal followers of Raikage):3000 posts
8 Sealing guardians of thunder(protects village at cost of life inculdes raikage):4000 posts (gets 8 rings acording to their element)
Will add more ranks later on- (to be) 10th Raikage
